"Service was above and beyond! They knew our party was a birthday surprise for my husband, and when calls were made to confirm they asked if he was within earshot before asking questions. So thoughtful! And the food was fabulous. Obviously the steaks were cooked to perfection but we have to mention the side dishes. We could make a meal out of the sides alone. The parmesan risotto and lobster mac n cheese are what dreams are made of. Cannot wait to return."

"Admittedly, we booked our Company Christmas party here without prior experience with this establishment. The entire staff and experience exceeded our expectations. Our party of almost 40 was easily accommodated in a private room. Reservations were easy and simple to understand with communication being unwavering. Choices were fair and diverse for the price offered. The food was great, service was spectacular, and they even had special little touches to personalize the experience. We will definitely be back as a couple for our own dining experience and would definitely consider having another corporate party here.

My wife and I finished off our vacation here with an amazing meal. To start we had the tuna app and it was fresh and delicious. We split the ribeye and it was cooked spot on. For sides we had the LOBSTER macaroni (amazing) and the spinach. With all this said the best part of the meal was our server Trenton. This young man was amazing, not only as a server in the restaurant, but as an amazing human being!!!! This place is a must visit when in town. We will be back.

The best steakhouse in Jax. The service was excellent. The chefs cooked our lamb and steak to perfection. Everything was hot fresh and tender. Nothing was sent back or requested. The cheesecake speaks for itself especially the crust. The manager was pleasant and everyone helped one another without complaint. I'm mad at myself for putting this restaurant off for so long. Great place for an amazing date or dinner party. Was worth every penny!! Highly recommend establishment....

The perfect place for upscale dining in Jacksonville. My family had such a pleasant dining experience here. I found the staff was patient and attentive which I appreciated. As for the food and drinks, it almost feels like you can't make a wrong choice. We had calamari and escargot as appetizers. The calamari was sweet and tangy while the breading remained crispy while the escargot buttery and flavorful. For a main I had the surf and turf, both of which were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Overall I would recommend splurging on a visit to the restaurant.

Tonight was our first time at ChopHouse thirteen. We came with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and everyone in our group was very impressed! Great ambiance and decor and our table had a great view into the kitchen which is off to the side of the dining room. Everything was phenomenal, well prepared and hearty. Portions were large especially for the family style sides. Drink menu was great and server and runners were very attentive. Definitely recommend for a lovely steakhouse in Jax!

Had a great experience at chophouse 13! We had David as our server and he took great care of us.

Highly recommend the chop chop shrimp, calamari, and deviled eggs for appetizers! The snapper with grits is delicious, as well as the scallops.

We will definitely be back!

BEST server and service team ever. Madison was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us select also attentive to our needs, we never asked for a refill… it was just there. All our food was cooked to perfection and there was plenty. When they warn you the portions are family-size…. they aren't kidding. Our leftovers were packed carefully by Irene and bagged to take home. We will definitely visit again.

The ribeye and filet were the best steaks we've had in Jacksonville! The focaccia bread was amazing as well as the Parmesan truffle fries and the potatoes au gratin were to die for! This place isn't cheap but it's more than worth the cost! Great service as well! 10/10 recommend!

Chophouse 13 delivered a very calming and welcoming experience. The greeting at the door was immediate and proper. Our server, Lillian was truly amazing, good conversationalist and knowledgeable concerning the menu. My 16oz Ribeye was the perfect med rare, and the wife officially loves lamb chops because of this establishment. The alcohol menus covered all bases, as I enjoyed my WP Beholden. Definitely worth our drive from Yulee to celebrate my wife's birthday.

A+ dining experience at Chophouse 13, they hit it out of the park! Don't let the location in a strip mall fool you. This is fine dining at its best! Reservations went smoothly, they honored our request for a booth. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, helping with our menu selections. The servings are generous so we were able to split the "Filet Three Ways" special. We also enjoyed the escargot for an appetizer, roasted Brussel sprouts and the creamy Parmesan risotto. We thought Chophouse 13 was better than Capital Grille in atmosphere, service and menu selections.
