This was by far the best dining experience I have ever had!From the second you walk in the door, everybody is smiling and happy, the service is absolutely phenomenal. I don't know if I've ever had food that tasted better. There are so many amazing things I could say about this place. We will definitely be back.

Chophouse Thirteen is a must in Jacksonville. A quaint family owned steak and seafood house. The service was memorable and authentic.The hostess warmly welcomed us, our server Rebekah took great care of us, the General Manager made us feel at home, Trent was super encouraging. The food was amazing in itself but the touch of genuine and warm conversations made the night more enjoyable. The Filet Migon was top tier, Crab Cakes were out of this world, and the Choc Cake was priceless. They deserve Michelin stars in my book. We will be back again soon! 10/10 Would recommend!

Shout out to Trent and the other hosts and servers! They were incredibly nice, with a dash a humor! Gave us information on the food including what was popular and what was in it, also respected my boyfriend's mushroom allergy! From drinks to the main course to the desserts, it was 10/10! Definitely coming back!

First, let me say that everything about ChopHouse Thirteen was magical. From the hostess to the back of house staff was absolutely amazing! Today was my 40th birthday and everyone made me feel special, seen and appreciated! Our waiter was Trent and he was patient, thorough, kind, informative, funny and attentive! I would highly recommend you ask for him if he is available to wait on you (and your party). This family owned restaurant has an upscale family owned feel! You would be treating yourself well to come visit this jewel!
Perfect Timing
Not usually one to write long reviews, so I'll keep this simple, but wow… we really slept on Chophouse 13. We went for our three-year wedding anniversary, and from the start, they nailed it. Roses were already on the table, service was attentive without being over the top, and they paid attention to the note in my reservation that we don't drink, so no awkward wine push. Our server was top-notch. Great recommendations, great timing, and just one of those people who makes the whole experience better without trying too hard. Honestly, it's been a while since we've had service like this, especially compared to some of the "top" spots around Jacksonville.

OMG this restaurant is absolutely amazing! I have been in Jax for 15+ years and haven't eaten at a restaurant this good since NYC.I highly recommend the ribeye and shrimp and grits. Really anything is delicious. Service is top notch. Love this place.

Loved,loved,loved Chophouse 13! My partner and I were first timers celebrating a birthday. From the hostess through all the wait staff everyone was warm and knowledgeable and made sure it felt like a special evening. ... A big shout out to Hollie our main server as she set the tone early on answering our questions and genuinely we felt she was excited we chose Chophouse 13 for the special occasion. A banana cheesecake with happy birthday rounded out a perfect evening. I highly recommend Chophouse 13 and can't wait to go back!
My wife and I came here for our anniversary. As soon as they knew this, each staff was wishing us well.Our server was friendly and attentive, topping off our meal with a complementary desert on a "Happy Anniversary" plate. This is a pricy place, but worth it!
We went to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Everything was perfect from the reception, atmosphere, staff & food! We made our reservation on OpenTable & said it was for our wedding anniversary.They had scattered rose petals on the table & everything was beautiful.I believe Angel was the name of our waitress & she was awesome at her job! Our service was top notch & so was all the food, from the appetizers to the dessert! Thank you Chophouse 13 for making our dining experience amazing.
This place is quite a find! Sat down after driving up from Tampa, the gm came by to thank me for dropping in, and I'd never even been here, but he put me on the trio dish including scallops, shrimp and a fillet - all this was cooked perfectly/ tasted as good as any of those items I've ever had anywhere.Officially going to become a regular while we are here working for a few weeks, the bar is awesome too!
We were celebrating a milestone birthday with 20 friends, the staff and the room provide was exceptional. The food and drinks from appetizers to the main course was beyond expectations. Overall experience from contacting Madison to coordinate the room and menu items was made so easy by the entire Chophouse13 organization. Looking forward to planning our next event at Chophouse13.
